Ronnie, your "current list" is as long or longer than most of the lists that cover the span of our lives. lolol. Nice collection btw!
I am curious as to how long the list would be if you listed every car (that ran) from when you were 16 until now. hahaha
96 grand am se - first car, did dumb kid stuff with it (fart can, neons, lulz). totaled during super winter dorifto snow slide into a curb. bent the hell out of the control arm, lol 00 A4 - grew up a bit before i deployed, saved up during the deployment, picked this up. had a lot done to it. totaled in the epic parking lot super flood of 2010. 01 nissan maxima - bought as a daily when the audi was totalled. had for a handful of months till i found my wagon on autotrader. bone stock, went through two starters in two months. other than that it was fine when it worked, found one with a five speed so that was fun. 05 legacy gt wagon. my pearl white unicorn. 95 probe gt. bought as a winter beater (i know right) while the leggy is in the shop waiting for ACT to magically pull some goddamned flywheels out of their butts. it has a racing stripe. it's stupid and ugly. it does, however, start every time, get better milage than the legacy, and it's fun to drive. 5spd of course.
Are you asking me? I don't have any pictures of the 48, and I thought I had pictures of the Cuda, but couldn't find them. I'll have my brother take pictures of the car, it's on the farm in Dakota. Not really sure who it belongs to now. You interested in old jeeps and mopar? Frogy
I'm interested in anything interesting lol Lots of cool vehicles on your list there! I wonder how the auto industry would have changed if they followed through with a rotary monza. Maybe gm would have developed the separate oiling system that mazda should have from the beginning and we'd see more factory turbo rotary sports cars as a result. My hs buddy restored a 50's Willys Jeep wagon and that beast was a blast to drive. I know there are a few Jeep guys on this forum who's love to see pics of some of yours, but the '48 reminded me of his wagon/small bus. The Cuda goes without saying. Hoping you can track down some pics.

Rotary Monza? I was not aware that Chevy was workign with rotarys? I have always wanted to put a 3 rotor in my Miata, might be interresting. I found the Cougar to be the most interresting car, plenty of room and fast off the line, that thing could really corner as well. I should have pictures of the cuda later this week, most people don't really like the style of the 66's and the hillside hemi isn't anything to write home about! Frogy

My first car was 1997 Oldsmobile 88 LS. Tranny went out after 2 years of abuse. Never bothered to take any pictures of that POS. I also drove a 1994 Chevy Suburban for awhile. I loved that thing. It was the most gracious 5600 lbs. vehicle for donuts and drifting ever. I lost it in a head-on collision with a school bus. I had to pick something up to replace the Suburban, and thought that my neighbor's $500 Astro Van would do nicely for awhile. It was fine for the rest of the winter I bought it, but the AWD stopped working the next winter, and the 2wd van couldn't even make it up my driveway after a light snow, so I sold it for $500. I missed my Suburban, so I bought a well-maintained loaded 1997 Suburban and drove it for a few years, but it just wasn't the same and I hated the gas mileage. After I graduated high school, I finally invested in a fun car, a 1988 Pontiac Fiero Formula. I love the mid-engine layout, and this little 5-speed handles like it's on rails. I'll probably hold on to it for quite awhile. I couldn't take the Fiero up to Duluth for school though, and I didn't want to keep paying for gas in the Suburban, so I bought a 1986 Cadillac Cimarron for $1000. It was a nice 80,000 mile car, owned exclusively by an old couple in their 80's now. The old guy had a few incidents, and his wife made him stop driving. My grandpa sold his truck to my family, and I got to drive that for a year until my sister got here license. Yup, my sister got a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 diesel for her first car. I finally got tired of switching between the Fiero, Suburban, and Cimarron depending on the season/weather, and traded in the Suburban this last summer for my 2003 WRX. I've been loving it ever since!
So are you active in TC stangs? i have been looking for a 88-89 cnvertable without an engine that I would like to stick SuperCoupe drive train into, even thinking about the IRS
I wish. Libby's owner is my former roommate/landlord. Really cool dog, after the first year of getting to know me.
I have an account but not at all active. If you don't mind traveling for it, try MO and KS. Just outside the rust belt and redneck enough that prices aren't inflated. If he tied down in that pic? I wouldn't trust either of ours tied down and the windows only half down lol
This was my first love before she caught me cheating with a Subaru...and she sits in the garage ever since
Nope, she's pretty calm in the car, so she had her harness on, but no leash. At the risk of showing the sunfaded spots on my Fiero, here's a better picture:
