Cheers again Gents! I'm fully on the foam board train.

I called a couple drain tile companies and all recommended talking to a drain cleaning company to do the camera scope of my drain tile. I have a couple calls in to a place called Dusty's drain cleaning and Drain busters and hopefully have someone snake the drain next week. Considering my sump basket is totally dry no matter the amount of drain I'm pretty confident the mid 70's drain tile collapsed. Our house has a decent grade on 3 sides which has probably helped make up for it.

I can't imagine replacing drain tile will be cheap but seems like a necessary first step before going the rest of the way.
