powder coating vs. new wheels?

    Hey, I got a black 04 WRX wagon that I want to "murder out". I'm getting the windows tinted this week but was wondering about the rims. They're stock WRX rims now and I was wondering about powder coating them vs. painting them vs. buying new rims. I want the wheels to have some shine to them so a gloss black is what I'm looking for. Any advice about inexpensive ways to ad some flash to the rims or even specific rims you would recommend? Anyone know some places that do a good powdercoat for a good price?

    Evan...my LGT wheels, I run them on the white GC. I am thinking about them in gold. They have some curb rash, not much, but a little on a couple of the wheels. What would be involved for you to powdercoat them gold and approximate cost. thanks
