My 96 Impreza sedan has manual windows. I had to replace 2 doors. Replacements are power. It appears that track and mounting points are all the same. So, in theory all I should have to do is swap manual gear and regulator out. Is that accurate? If so, any tips?
Wiring is totally different between manual door harness and power door harness. Connector is different. Manual door only has wires for speaker, door lock and power mirror. And I don't want power windows. It looks like the crank goes in as a direct replacement for the motor.
