    yes they did. and yes you can swap hdd's out in a couple of minutes.

    They are standard SATA drives in the PS3.

    I've got a 100gig in mine :D

    7200 is what I have, 5400 is OEM

    Word, I think im going to upgrade, just wasnt sure if I was going to step up to the 7200. Not having any issues so far?

    none at all. I don't know if you really NEED a 7200, but it was only $20 more at the time, so I thought what the hell...
