It's funny bc it's true! St. Patrick's day was the end of my cut cycle... 8am: Weighed in at 170.2 9am: Breakfast was 1lb candied yams, 18 superpretzel cheese filled pretzel bites, and about half gallon of froyo. Lunch: Boca Chica... chips and salsa, 2 tamale entree plate, soup, 2 chimichanga lunch plate. Both entrees came with rice and black beans. 2 margaritas, 2 beers. 2nd lunch on the way home from Boca Chica lol: 2 chicago dogs, choco chip cookie, orange cream shortcake, rootbeer, grape soda, half a lb of blueberry licorice. Early dinner: 1/2lb bacon cheesburger, 4 beers, fries, and half a reuben. 7pm: Checked the scale and I was 185.6. So gained 15lbs in under 12 hours. 7pm-2am: Munched on random foods and drank too much. Weighed in at the end of the day in the mid 190's. ...Fasted half the day Sunday and ate a 5k calorie dinner at Joe Sensers that ended with a plate of nachos as dessert. ...Monday morning, my bodpod reading had me at 176.xlbs and 8.x% body fat lol
Pulled the snow tires off today... Decided I will chance the prediction of snow fall with my summer setup in May just this once!
