His world record jump is what got me back into the car hobby when it was rapidly dying off of interest for me. Won't lie, would have forgotten people do things other than car shows and nascar growing up in Chanhassen.
wow, I did have a handful pictures of each but none of the Mini in it's "bomb the runway" eurohanger livery or any of the RX-7 when it was together. Did find a trove of old pictures of various cars I've owned since being on MNSubaru though 2011 Mini cooper, my old 05 outback sport (t-boned), 86 RX-7 2jz swapped, 98 Jetta VR6, 12 Veloster, 82 & 89 Mk1 Cabriolet rabbit, 71 & 70 VW fastback. had others but these were the ones i had pictures of.
Love the VW Cabriolet! We owned a 91 for several years and I believe it remains my wife's favorite vehicle.
Some of the snow slid off the shop roof at some point in the last couple days and murdered my awning in the process. Was snowblowing in the dark and heard some weird noises like it was grinding up ice or something. Apparently I was wrong. If anyone knows where to find a suitable replacement, I'm all ears. RIP
Crappy part is I think if I had reinforced or braced the metal with something the glass might've held up, as I'm pretty sure the glass popped because of the hatch folding like a sandwich. Haha. Guess I'll never know.
Missing ol blu tonight. We went through a lot together! 11 years of ups and downs. But I still love the BRZ.
Yeah, I wish that I would have taken pics of the seats with the white mold on them after a few days in a hot wet garage. It was a journey bringing it back to life after that. But rewarding!
Just to be fair, you guys should know I only pick on Subaru like a big brother picks on a little brother. My 2005 Legacy GT remains the only car I have owned that I still truly miss.

You turned over 100k and mine just turned the CEL on for me... Haha. I find it kinda funny that you and I are out driving these things at almost the same time. Went to O'Reilly's and back for a ball joint for the Saabaru. Ordered the correct one on Amazon but was shipped the wrong one, so just went locally to get the car back together. Figured I'd take the silver bomber to get a few more miles on it. Clutch is feeling the slightest bit better but still not great. Turned onto my street and the front left CV axle started clicking like a son of a b!tch. So that's cool.
