No, having good taste in aesthetics does not make me drunk. Having a taste for gaudy colors, however, makes you look stupid.
If you want to drive a rolling eyerape around that's your business. I just prefer my car to not be an aesthetic abortion
Lol dude why do rip on everyone else? I use this forum to gain knowledge, advice, and some friends along the way. Stop pushing everyone out just because you don't like it.
Everyone comes to their senses eventually That wasn't a question. Also, I don't wanna grow up I'm a toys-r-us kid
It's derp, it's kinda how he is. I dont see how anyone has to get offended here. If you like it, get it and put it on, other people don't have to like it. Personally I like the aggressive loom of some of the home made ones. If you look under your car you will see that diffuser, as with alot of them to be fairly useless.
OP - Kudos for taking all this in stride. I personally hate the stance scene and agree that it's dangerous, but that's now what this thread is about. To hit on the point of this topic, I'm not a huge fan of these types of diffusers. It seems like people fall in love with these types of things after looking at pics online, but don't realize that the cars they're looking at also have all the matching body pieces. Take my opinion worth a grain of salt; I own an untinted, wingless TR...I embrace the 'plainness' of my car
Finally thank you!!!! And I know I'm afraid that I did fall in love online that's why I was wondering if anyone had one so I could check it out in person! Thanks man
You're a ****ing idiot, and I'm aloud to be a ****ing ***hole, because you thought something looked nice which makes you a ****ing ratard!
It looks ridiculous in person as well. No one around here has one, but there was a guy at Peach Days in Brigham City Utah that had one. Does not flow with the lines of the car. Your money would be better spent on handling upgrades. Or alcohol. Or on some thicker skin?
Seriously, a thousand dollars for a piece of useless bling that serves no functional purpose is a fool's errand. Put the money towards suspension and a nice set of wheels. A, suspension is usefull, and b, wheels can go a long way towards the look of the car.
Well considering the replica is only 350 shipped I don't think it's that bad. I already have suspension and wheels......
Personally I would just fab up a diffuser yourself. Saves a bunch of money and it will actually fit! Sorry, been spending way too much time talking to Time Attack/ Road Course people It is possible to make the Voltex style diffuser functional. Takes a lot of work and it helps to know a bit about fluid dynamics but there are plenty of examples out there for the GD chassis to take hints and cues from. BTW, Derp is just a d***hole and hates everyone
Thank you very much, I definitely can't fab something myself I'm not hands on nor do I have the knowledge. I'm going to go for the voltex style if I don't like it or it doesn't fit well I'll sell it. But thanks for your advice I appreciate it a lot! And oh I've noticed lol.
Oh I understand man! I've never attempted anything like homemade aero myself either, BUT I will be giving it a shot! Figured I'd leave this here for yah to maybe get some more ideas if you decide you wanna add more aero bits. to stand out http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1921025
Yeah, good luck with that. And I don't hate everyone, I just hate useless expensive body mods, the form over funcion criwd, stancetards, ricers, and stupid people. if that offends you, you likely fall into one of those categories.
It doesn't offend me.... And it's not expensive.... I just find it funny how much you care about me putting a simple diffuser on MY car
$400 dollars is absolutely expensive for a knock-off branded bit of non-functional "look at me" kit. In the end, you're right, its your car. Put whatever stupid useless aero bits you want all over it.
I will, you don't see me commenting my opinions about what tattoos to get on your body do I? So chill out a little bit
