I've been keeping an eye on it for a week or so now through varying temperatures and making sure to wipe it off, but it's just not working. There doesn't seem to be any fluid coming out at all. What's going on there? Front ones work just fine, so there must be a disconnect somewhere, but where?

Is the tank full? There is a separate pump for the rear and it is mounted a little higher up on the tank. You will always run out of rear before the front as the level drops.

I just had my 09 in for this. Had a little spec of something they thought ice in the very end of the nozzlle. But i use the good winter washer fluid and it never caused any problems on the fronts. I would look there first.

My 08 has never worked, I need to bring it in, but it's not a big enough deal for me to want to be sans car for a day or so.

just sharing my story as well...my front ones don't work on really cold days, even when anti-freezing fluid is full and no ice. not really sure what to do.

My rear one wont work on sub 10 degree days. When it warms back up its fine. I also park outside.

On my old wagon the fluid line that ran to the rear sprayer broke near the hinge for the hatch (where it bend all the time). If you ran the rear sprayer long enough you could see fluid dripping under the car. I was able to access the line through the grommet on the driver's side of the hatch and splice in a bit of new hose to fix it.

The fluid is pretty low right now. I'll fill it up and try this first before I get crazy.

or pull the hose off at the pump itself, press button, check that it sprayed out?!?!?!!? then you know the pump is pumping.. first area eliminated, (after fluid level)

The line is probably frozen somewhere.....same thing used to happen on my '04 wagon before I had a garage.

Sneefy wins! It was just the fluid level. Works like a charm now.

"Entities must not be multiplied beyond necessity"

    In other words, don't over-complicate.
