We will be moving this weekend, anyone that posts could probably sneak in . My new office should be setup sometime next week, we plan on re-opening the 5th, I'll make my stocking order at that date. (Maybe earlier, pending when we are all set up).
Umm so, If were to get in on this buy, anyone having a fluid exchange party? Tranny fluid I mean, ahh yeah that doesn't sound right either..... I have a 5 speed I don't mind doing my own work, I just don't know what I'm doing.
i could do it at my place..but i only have one stall. maybe one of the guys with a bigger garage will chime it.
We have internet! I'll still be placing the stocking order monday, as I do not have enough time to breath! So if anyone is still interested, you have until monday morning (5th). New address: 10550 County RD 81 Suite #219 Maple Grove, MN 55369 763-416-DYNO
Turnaround should be quick. I am putting the order together now. Justin & Stooo, anyway you guys can agree on a oil weight? The oils are in 12 quart flavors. The 5w30 is something I might use, but the 5w20 isn't very popular. Igofast- You want 1 quart of shockproof superlight, what are you putting it in? Anyway you can switch to the lightweight? I don't want to sit on 11 quarts of superlight and 10 quarts of lightweight. 9 quarts of Lightweight might actually go. Cole- You want 2 quarts of lightweight shockproof? What is that going in? This is what I have we "need" 58 quarts of 75w90NS 15 quarts of 75W90 8 bottles of WaterWetter *5 quarts of 5w20 *5 quarts of 5w30 (I'd prefer again if you two made a decision on combination) 6 bottles of fuel system cleaner 2 quarts of Shockproof heavy (this stuff is like Jello, what is it going in?) *2 quarts of Lightweight shockproof *1 quart of superlight shockproof
Agreed. I have heard that people are running that mixture with good results. Figured I'd give it a try.
I would not mind getting some of the light or superlight weight shock proof to mix with my combo if someone can tell me what the correct mixture is for two STI's.
Justin-Okay. Igofast-thanks. I am leaving the shop in a hour for CT, but I will make my order on monday. I should have product by friday. Thanks all.
Order placed today. I am waiting for my shipping quote, I'll know when they ship (tommorrow or wednesday), its a pallet sized stocking order, so thank you MNSUBARU for the support. Estimated cost per quart $5.75-7.25 (shipped) depending upon what you got. (retails of $6.95-$8.95 plus shipping). Thanks again all, I'll have totals with tax (I'll send them out via pm) before the end of the week. I am expecting shipment Feb 12-15th for arrival time.
Cant wait! And where is the Flushing party held at again? LOL Thanks for your help and everyone involved in making it happen!
I can do the flush at your house chong, you just a couple blocks away from my familys house. See you there.
The 5W30 is the appropriate weight for the Impreza, so I'd rather stick with it. If you ordered more of it to keep in stock, chances are I'd come to you later in the year when it's oil change time again. Bye for now, Stuart.
Oh, well sorry I couldn't assist. I ordered a case of 10w30 so I'll have small stock, if it becomes a volume item I'll stock it.
Any chance one of you knuckleheads could pick up my items for me. I can pay you back at Firestone if necessary. Of course, I need a total cost for my items first, but Maple Grove is an hour drive from my house...2 hours of driving for some fluids is a little much for me. Especially with teh scooby at the shop. If anyone is willing to snatch mine up when they are there picking up theirs and bring it to firestone, I would greatly appreciate it.
That is harsh readymix. I can ship it out to you as well if you can't find someone. I'll just probably ship it parcel post to save you money. I'll have to send out some pm's today for totals (puts it on the list).
Alright, I took the weekend off. I'll be sending pm's today with totals. Expected delivery date is 14-16, its coming via truck, so everyone knows how ontime that is (hince the wide range). If I don't get you a pm today, pm me. -Josh
Phew that was fun! All pm's sent, thank you all very very much for your business. Either print your PM when you come in, or tell me your screen name. Thanks again.
As I didn't have enough stuff to do, the redline showed up today. So come get it peeps! M-F 9am-6pm are our hours, if I know your coming I can stay later for you.
I'll stop by tomorrow to pick mine up during lunch or so. I can pick up if someone could help me get a datalog off my car, plz! I tried the Tara software and I'm not having any luck. LSE Peformance is on my way to work. I'll try to call before I stop by. Thanks again! C
Thanks everyone. I was just looking at the 20+cases of product and I was like "errrr...." where are they all? I figured I'd have to beat people out of here with a stick. Sorry it was such a long group buy. Anyone want to do another one? What does everyone want? I can do a variety of products...
Awsome shop, very close to my house, great people. I just picked mine up today, and than went to Indoor ProKarts in Maple Grove and did three sessioins, I had the track all to myself and had alot of fun. Awsome day!
