I think I might actually be able to make it out to Bink's tonight, sounds like people are showing up around 5pm? I'm going to Indiana Jones at 1:40 at the theater's near binks south, so I will be in the area. Someone want to meet me in the parking lot? :raise: The only person I've met in person was Pat in the Home Depot parking lot one afternoon haha.

Well I finally submitted to going to see the ENT doc today at 3pm. I've been battling some kind of crud and in the last few days one of my tonsils has swollen up a little bit. Looks like it could be anything from a simple case of strep throat all the way up to tonsilitis from what I can tell. Hopefully they can blast it away with an antibiotic pack and not have to take my tonsils out.... I shall hope for the best, my throat is pretty raw right now.

Looks like I'm going in tomorrow to talk with a lab manager about another job opening at the clinic. Lets hope this one can give me the hours I need, I had to turn down the first offer they gave me because they offered me a job with the exact shift I told them I couldn't work.

On a side note, whats the oil of choice? I finally have a free night and i would like to get it taken care of.

 

I was using Mobil 1 synthetic 5w-30 for the past 3 years. I just put in Royal Purple 5w30 to give it a try. It seems to be running smoother, but I don't know that it really makes a difference because I reset my ecu and cleaned my MAF at the same time. No real improvement in mpgs or butt dyno.

 

When I get it done, I'm going to have it done at the clinic. I know one of the ENT docs there and he does really good work.

I run Amsoil 10w30 synthetic.

Well guys, looks like I may have FINALLY gotten a job through Mayo. I just had a lab tour today with a supervisor of the biochemical genetics lab and they have a couple positions open for me to pick from. Looks like I'm going to become an HPLC monkey after all! Woot, time to go celebrate.

but at least i met ya, and make sure if you ever come in and i'm not there and you need any parts wether it be for the subie or not, tell em its for mnsubaru member, and you'll get a price break on most parts, accesories don't get dscounted but you can still run it under mnsubaru for good measure
