I know that the cities people meet at firestone...do people from rochester ever have meets? Prolly could go through all the pages in here but I figured asking would give me a better idea of RECENT events.

 

We do meets on a heads-up basis. You need to watch the local forum, but we usually meet up every other weekend or so.

 

Yeah, you need to watch this forum to see if anybody wants to get together. Aric and I usually go up to Firestone every Friday now.

btw, anyone have any recommendations on exhaust shops? Got a Stromung dual tip that should arrive next monday-tuesday and I'll need to have the flange rotated a bit to fit the gc8. Planning on installing it myself I think, but don't have welding skills at all.

Sorry Pat! I got the PM the day you sent it but I've been so busy I haven't had the time to respond. I have that ROM still made up for your car, I will be around this weekend and most likely next weekend, and during the week obviously. Just let me know what works for your schedule and we can figure out a time to meet up and get your car flashed finally. Unfortunately, you may have to come to me as I only have a loaner (borrowed) car from my old neighbors for a little while longer, but we shall see.

Anyone doing anything this weekend? I'm going to a shindig tomorrow night at my supervisor's house from work, but other than that I don't think anything is going on. Anyone want to meet up? I need to get out of the apartment and socialize! :laugh:

Well, now it's definately not going to happen. I can't go tomorrow.

I was dumb and didn't check my tires which are worn down to the belts - I feel like an idiot. Discount tire doesn't have anything I'm interested in in 235/40 or 225/45 so I'm s.o.l. I guess these Falken 615s really wear fast - didn't even last a summer and only one track event. That or I suck at driving.

We have the timing belt, water pump, thermostat, spark plugs, the koyo, and we're ripping the ac out/ and need to fix my fuse that connects to the plate lights... I wouldn't want to get pulled over for that! So a very busy day!
