Nickole, did you ask him about the condition of the bumper beforehand? Did he make any mention about the paint damage or the damage around the bolt holes?
Did he give you any indication that there was anything wrong with it?

Actually, those are authentic JDM STI headlights.

 

Yeah, he stated there was a small scratch on the bottom of the bumper... that was all.
I was told it was a freshly painted as of last summer. Just detailed bumper... (that's why it took so long for him to ship it back)

Before the pics I posted the Nasioc link to his forsale thread.

I contacted paypal again and they gave me the local number to their police department that they work with. Once they make a decision as to what will happen I can then proceed to with my next options.
I do have hard copies of the original pictures in his forsale thread that shows the bumper is NOT damaged or missing paint.

 

Right, you can see the area by the license plate mount is clearly not damaged in his photos.

Meh, the whole bumper thing sucks... It sucks because it has caused me more headaches then called for and stress on a good friendship with a fellow member on here. I'm ready to just put this all behind me.

Don't worry, The paypal claim remains open and will stay that way. You all know me well enough that you know how I am when it comes to getting what is rightfully mine.
