Well, paypal contacted me today. They refunded his money because the claim was for "item not recieved".

I pmed him and requested the $ be in my account by this afternoon. This way I can collect and ship the p.o.s. bumper back to him.

If he goes back on his word on refunding my $ I will file a new paypal claim against him for "item recieved not in condiction seller claimed". I am confident that I will get my $$ back this time around if he doesn't just paypal it back.

I just got back from Fed Ex... I sent that pos bumper back to that worm. I called when I got out into my car to let him know his tracking number and how much I spent out of MY POCKET to send the damn thing back and he hung up on me after I told him who I was. Fricken retard. He didn't sound like the brightest crayon in the box. Anyways, I went through hell with fed ex to return the stupid thing so I just ate it and payed the amount to ship it back to him. I don't ever want to look at that stupid bumper ever again!
With this whole ordeal I'm just happy that MnSubaru has the rules they do in place for buying, selling and member scammer complaints. I don't cry about the rules like some but I am totally grateful that they are in place as if you have to deal with shady little pricks like this guy you will appreciate the rules that are in place.
/rant and hopefully the bumper drama I've gone through!!!

Yes I do... Extreme Motorsports Race Head w/ Hks 272's,AEM Cam gears, 1mm oversize steel valves, CNC ported, Titianium retainers... Will sell head bare though with only valves,springs,retainers if needed. Used 10 hours.
