we have a room for rent. 550 a month that includes utilities. The room is in the basement that we next to never use short of when we have parties. The only places that are off limits is you stay out of our room and we stay out of your room. Other then that feel free to use any part of the house. we have a guest room you are welcome to offer to guests if you have them over. The only room that you need to furnish is your bedroom, otherwise the basement is furnished. the house is located in young America, its about 25-30 min from Eden Prairie, but its an easy stoplight free drive. Let me know if you have any questions. Just realized I forgot to mention NO PETS!!! sorry!
You liar. There's a stoplight in NYA. I'll personally vouch for this house being gorgeous and new. Very quiet neighborhood, too.
I take it you have all the safety stuff in order so you can rent a basement room out? Unless it's a split level, I think that you're supposed to have an exit window Can you tell I've never seen Bill's house before?
it is a split level with a door out the living room in the basement to the yard and a plenty big enough window in the room for safety reasons. http://mnsubaru.com/forums/showthread.php/30967-what-we-put-an-offer-in-on/page2?highlight=house post 33 is the house we bought. the first empty room pic is the room we are trying to rent.
will renter get a gurage stall or park in the drive way. also do they get their own bath couple more things people will prob wanna know.
As far as the garage goes, if there is an empty spot the renter can park there. The only reasons there would not be is more in the summer then winter due to projects around the house. I can pretty much guarantee the renter will have a spot in the garage during the winter months. The renter will get the third stall which does not currently have an opener on it, but will get a key so they don't have to walk around or through the house to open it. Yes the renter will have their "own" bathroom. If we have people over we don't stop people from using it, just like we would not stop the renter or their guests from using ours. Make sense??? The renter is not just renting a room, they are free to use the whole house and garage. hope that all makes sense. Feel free to ask more questions.
