Kong, what ever you want for payment. A couple of us are paying by credit card, so we will pay when we pick everything up. You can pay Mark however, but if you can't make the 17th to pick everything up, you will have to arrange something else.

Gspot, I need to confirm everything with mark today, so I can get ya a set. You want the wrx fronts correct?? Also, e-mail me your name and address and such, so I can forward that to mark.

    Yep, you are in.

I will post later in the week, but the 17th looks to be a good weekend. Mark was thinking about being there around 9-10am. His shop is located in burnsville just past burnsville mall on 42. I will post up directions later this week. I will also get everyone a total for their order so everyone will have thier money ready.

Russ, so are we then planning to all cruise over to the C Spot Drive at Valley Fair? Plenty of us here has signed up for Vic's time at 12pm (2 hours from the time we're going to meet with Mark). :???:

Russ, what if we met at the Capitol? Anyone else game for that? How about everyone that wants to meet there, be there at 9:30? We can take 35E south.

Are we still going to get a tour of Mark's place? How far is it from the Capital? I'm thinking that those that are getting the rotors can take the tour around 10am, have lunch or something at around 11am, and then (for those who signed up for the C Spot drive) cruise on over to Valley Fair and meet with the rest of the guys there in time for the 12pm deadline. :)

It's in Burnsville. I think it'll be a quick tour because it's just a bunch of freezers. We could go to Valley Fair from there though.

Finally, I'll see Subarus with slotted and drilled Cryoed Rotors.
I had these on my car from Frozenrotors.com.

    Technical Note:
Mine were Brembro Vented rotors. "FR" machined the 5 slots on each side of the front rotors. After that they would cycle Cryo-freeze and Heat-treat each rotor over a 48-36 hour period. From what they told me it makes the rotors up to 2-3 times stronger and they would last 3-4 times longer than standard rotors.

The bonded molecules would make a tighter fit and be more attracted to each other. Making for a stronger material. Also heat would transfer evenly and faster throughout the rotor  All good!!!

The Downside... it takes 3-5 times longer to break-in new Cryoed rotors. What I mean is that the slotted surface creates an uneven face to the rotor (drilled would be smoother but not stronger) so if ya have Stainless Steel brake lines you can feel the imperfections in your pedal for a while. Also your car might pull to one side or another while braking during this period. :(

On the up side they do get smoother!!! :):D:cool:

:) BTW... My rear rotors were Slotted+Drilled N1's. Man, if ya can't afford all 4 rotors I would suggest just getting the rears S&D. You wont feel the imperfections of the rotor in the brake pedal. You will soon notice that your stupid ABS in Snow, Rain, Ice, or GRAVEL will not be fooled as easily! LATE BRAKING CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED! and the best cheap mod U can do cuz stock brake pads work well with any of these setups.:D}:)

Ok, sorry for the delay. Here is the address

    Frozen rotors
    14310 Ewing Ave S.
    Suite 100
    Burnsville MN, 55306

If you want, we can meet up somewhere by Burnsville mall? I guess it doesn't make to big of a difference to me. Basically Frozen rotors is west of the mall (about 2 miles or so). I am coming from 94 and whitebear ave, so I can meet up with whoever. There is no point for Garret and Fong to drive way east if they don't have to. Just let me know, and we can go from there. We can also meet up by the Burnsville circuit city (north side of the mall). I am open to whatever.

Depending if I am getting overtime this Saturday morning, I can make it to the Midway Sears parking lot. If not, I will have to meet you guys at Mark's shop. That's really close to Valley Fair,... but I don't know for sure if I'll make it to the C Spot. :(

We probably want to meet up before that. It will take us 30 min just to get to burnsville mall (unless you want to do about 90 or so). How about 9am at the sears?

I guess the easiest thing is for everyone just to show up at Frozen rotors. I am going to meet Noah at Sears by midway at 9am, if anyone wants to meet us there that is cool. We will probably be heading out about 9:30 or a bit before.

Gonna miss out on C-spot too. Should see you all on Sunday night though. Or tonight at midway if the rain holds off.

For the guys who left early, make sure you follow the break ing procedures for the rotors. There is a good sheet to follow in the box with the rotor. It tells ya about the temp paint and the colors and such. Hope everyone enjoy's the new stopping. I know John Will.;)

Thanks for puttin' the buy together Russ, but darnit, next time have us meet at a restaurant or something. Every time I go into a shop that has cool stuff, my credit line gets worse.

As what Garret said, they were great with their customer service. I also like their promotional razor give-away. Now, I just need time to install 'em.

Also, I've learned from Mark the racer's break-in procedure of the new rotors. Brake lightly from 70 to 60 mph for about 5 times; park the car for an hour; brake lightly from 70 to 50 mph for 5 times; park the car for another period; brake lightly from 70 to 40 mph a few times. That should do it but take it easy on the brakes still for your daily driving! :)

Well, I hope everything worked out for everyone. I know Noah had some problems. I have my setup all ready to go. I installed some stainless lines, along with the new pads and rotors. I only used 1/2 of the ate bottle of fluid. I bled the whole 3 3 times, and dig each corner 3 times after fluid started to come out (nine times at each corner). Probably over kill, but I wanted to make sure the old fluid is gone. I have no updates on the stopping power yet, it is still sitting up on the jackstands. Hope everyone else gets everything going.
