Thanks for the info Fuji. They are stock heads. I wanted a good comparison with head work so I decided to start with completely stock ones and go from there. Still deciding if I should switch to avcs heads or 2l heads
Took the car apart Thursday after some street testing. The power band sucked having it fall off towards redline. By feel, I had to shift before 6800 as it just loses power if I rev any higher. So I decided to get some cams and see what they will do. After comparing the Dyno plots, I can see that the power gain started at 5300 rpm. By 6500 rpm, it gained 50whp. Here is a Dyno run of the car revving to 8500. Still on stock non ported 2liter heads. That's next. New numbers 520whp/480 tq.
