Hey guys, selling my 05 92x. It's silver, and has 168000 miles. The short block was replaced at 89000 under warranty. The heads were gone thru at 110000. I bought the car with 120000 miles on it. I replaced all clutch components and also put in a lightened flywheel at that time. It has a decatted up pipe and a Megan racing decatted down pipe with a SPT exhaust finishing it out. It has a xpt stage 2 91 octane tune installed. It's lowered 2 inches. Shoot me a offer. <modEdit>Shoot me a offer >= $3400</modEdit>
All of the service records til 110000 are on file at countryside Saab. I called there when I first got the car but never actually got copies.
Long live the Saabaru! I have born witness to many a vehicle for sale thread with no price listed on this forum. In no certain order ridiculous low offers are to follow sometimes accompanied by food or liquor and eventually the thread gets an R rating as "favors" get thrown into the mix. Than a moderator or two will post about per the forum rules a price must be listed. Eventually, some mod will lock the thread, but probably not before someone comments on the lameness of it. Hey thanks for all of the positive feedback! I realize I didn't put a price on my post. I really was just looking for a offer. I've had low ball offers from wholesalers and one other offer that seems a little low. So I was just putting a feeler out to the guys who know what these cars really are. So let's say $4000 if that's what's needed.
What's the story with timing belt/other 100k'ish service items? Head gaskets is a good sign... Do you know if anything else was done at the same time?
I don't have any interior pics, but it's white and black leather. Pretty good shape but the carpet on the drivers front is worn thru. And the all the fluids and spark plugs, fuel filter have been changed. I change oil every 2500-3000 miles with synthetic and always use a h-6 filter. I do not ever begin to drive until after the rpms are below 1500. It has been my daily and a great car. Just need a truck worse.
