HALP! For those of you who have not been following along, our fall colors cruise is about to be cancelled due to non-participation. I'm really looking forward to this event. The St. Croix Valley is going to be quite nice in a couple weeks and I can't get enough of the BBQ joint we'll be hitting. I'm hoping some folks either didn't see the thread or were on the fence and just forgot about it. If this is you, please, please make your way over the fall colors thread and get signed/paid up so I can have something close to my estimate before I call our caterer and tell him we're not going to hit target and very possibly have to cancel the cruise. We need about 8 more adults to hit the 20 participants I estimated we'd pull on the low end, and we need them immediately. If we don't get it I'm going to try to haggle. Wish I could make it, but have other plans that weekend. After sampling some of his sauce at Patrick's, I'm a believer!
I have to call Tom tonight. Here's to hoping we can swing some more attendees by then. I don't know how much more I can swing usually my boyish good looks, devilish charm and girlish curves alone!
I'm still bummed that i can't make this! I just can't justify skipping the Derp's wedding to make it.
Hey guys... Not only is this a website... It should be a community... What better do you have to do on a Saturday then drive your car and eat world famous BBQ... especially with other fellow Subaru owners???
I think the first goes last, so it can be repeated skipping the last step so you get the most out of one day
So far we're a go. We had a few stragglers last week that bought us some wiggle room. We still need a few people to sign up before tomorrow when I lock in the final number. Hopefully 2-3 of you can shake loose a little extra at dyno day!
The cruise is definitely a go but we could really use a few more takers! I promised Tom I'd get as close to 20 as possible. Perfect weather this weekend for a drive and a BBQ. Don't miss out!
So we're at 14 and 2 kids final count. Exactly zero more than we had last time I talked with Tom and figured we could surely pick up one or two more adults. Please let me know ASAP if you can help us out.
