    sounds good, there's
    1. a rest stop right after the merge
    2. BP at next exit
    3. Holiday/SA + Food at 2nd exit (McDs and BK prolly be the only ones open)
should set up a departure time so late comers don't wait
yeah yeah, i know. you didn't show to the last 2 so i thought i'd have a chance....

also, for those of you that mentioned camping...they are full. However, if someone really wants to pitch a tent Saturday night (insert laugh here)...they will make room for you. just let me know and I'll make the arrangements for ya!

I forgot the full bet, but I think I said $20 if you beat me and $40 if you win it, you pay entry if I beat you. Or at least that's what I'm willing to put up.

Sweet thanks! I'm hoping not but you never know. It's been reliable on the road so far, but haven't driven it for more than 10-15 minutes at a time.

I'm bringing an extra radiator, bolts, and tools just in case lol.

Why yes, this is Match dot com and we will make sure that Dave talkes about how you like Sunsets, long walks on the beach and a good bottle of wine.

It was fun watching Dan get stuck. but sad that Sara is the one who shoveled the Jeep out...

Signed up and paid. Good times will be had.

Why does no one else remember that day the way I do?
Sara was driving when the Jeep got stuck. I laughed and gave her a hug. Then I made her a cup of hot cocoa and told her to sit in the warm Jeep while i dug us out. All with a big smile on my face because my wife is so wonderful.

It's been a while, I don't remember how you guys run the events.

Mac does 4 heats, you drive in two and typically work one of the others, resting on the fourth.

Oh....we don't do that in Rally Cross as the events are a bit more low key than Auto-X. :) Or I should say not as intense....not as much going on....so we all simply take turns working or competing

there's also 150 drivers at those events and working one heat ends up being longer than working all the heats in rallyx. And working 3 seperate heats is much better than running 1 looooooooooong heat.

    math time!
    150 drivers x 6 runs = (900 runs + reruns) * 1/4 (working 1 of 4 heats) = ~225 cars drive by

    50 drivers x 6 runs = (300 runs + reruns) * 1/2 (working half, running half) = ~150 cars drive by

Final note: this isn't autox, this is dirt mother F***er

If anyone has decent tires+wheels that I can borrow to run in M4, I would highly appreciate it. I know it's a long shot, but I did hear that some people have spare winters and/or rally tires. 5x100 pattern with 2-pot WRX calipers, and I can throw some cash your way. All I have now is mediocre A/S, which will surely be FTL.

From what I have found is there are two campgrounds around 8-11 miles away. One near Rush City on the lake another is a little west. Neither show prices.

Apparently springvale is seasonal only then rushmore looks to be RV only...

This means Mora which is 24 miles north or Isanti 10 miles south.

Isanti $28/ Night (Tent)This one states 2 day minimum stay on weekends... not sure if we could talk them out of this for the night or not.

    Mora $28/ Night (Tent)

Reminder: You do NOT have to pay the Fairgrounds entrance fee to compete. Only if you want to enter the fair itself.
