Right now we are still looking into activities and drive routes, I plan to have "the plan" by the end of the month. So far the dates and hotel are taken care of and several possible drive routes are being looked at, now I just have to figure out how to keep you all entertained. Tattoos, paintball and go-karts are several possibilities for Sunday fun..... feedback/suggestions are always welcome

:kekekaugh: I think Aric is trying to work something out with the new shop to do some tattoos. You will have better luck pming me about something as he doesn't find much free time now days to check his pms! But he had mentioned that there would need to be some sort of sign up list due to having less time at the shop. I'll talk to him tonight abouts it and see what he has decided! Some ideas have been tossed around for driving routes. I believe some people are staying at the Super 8 here in Rochester and others are staying at Lees house. I also have a group of rooms held for mnsubaru at a discounted rate at my hotel : www.choicehotels.com/hotel/mn106 so it's each persons call as to where they stay. As far as cost... Fill up your car and bring some food/beers $$ and what $$ you might need to bring if you stay at a hotel or Lees place and you should be good to go. (I don't know what Lee charges per hr) We all look forward to having you as our guests again this year! :biggrin:
a little update, I am waiting to hear back on group pricing for a day at a local go-kart/mini-golf/waterpark/paintball venue. that and the option of tattoos would be a good sunday. Also it has been pointed out that monday is Labor Day and alot of people don't have to work.....
you know that i'm down for this.... not in the way lee goes down on things but in the way that i'll be there for lee to go down on things...... and as far as the places to stay.... me and angie just got our house and i'd imagine we could accomodate some people if needed and as far as the tattoos go, i dunno what aric is doing to work something out at the shop, but its the same shop my wife angie works at, so there could possibly be more then one person at a time getting work done..... but thats for josh to get all that info straightened out since he is the hitler of this regime

josh, when you edit the first puts just put it at the bottomr of whats already there put the date you are editing it so we can see what is new and such... just my .02
the date is at the top in red. as for the additions I will make them bold from now on and add notes under the reason edited.
when we get closer to the event. yes we will. I will have an actual sign-up list. As far as the hotel situation if you want to split a room with someone you know is going you're good to go, just call the hotel and reserve.
