:emo::emo::emo::emo::emo: I cannot make it anymore. I'm stuck working. Its inventory weekend. We were supposed to do this in December, but I guess it got moved up to Nov. :slitwrists:
Normally I run all seasons. Welllll..... Dunlops are sticky in the summer. Not so much this time of year: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Dunlop&tireModel=Direzza+Sport+Z1+Star+Spec I absoltely love them tho. <3 Regardless, and back on topic: I cannot make it.
^They are horrible in standing water too... had to bring it down to 55mph on my way down to Rochester a month or so ago. If it's cold enough (and if I end up driving), I'll be sporting the blue winter wheels.
I didn't have much of a problem. I suppose I'm always cautious in the rain, but they definitely did better in water than I thought they would. Now the good weather is even annoying me more that I can't go. :emo::emo::emo:
That'll never work. Its grounds for termination calling in sick on inventory weekend. It takes about 17 hours with 6 guys working, it would be longer with 5. Plus, they'd all kill me.
Yeah, it was during that big storm with the flash flooding... it went from light out, to dark, to 1"+ standing water in about 5 minutes. They weren't as good as the rs2's or asx, but that's not a fair comparison. Been nothing but happy with them otherwise. Unless the new Kumhos are phenomenal, I'll be sticking to the Dunlaps for a while. Oh, and yes... you should call in sick... or dead.
This N00b may be out. Ran into some issues with the 09....not sure if I will be a subaru owner soon enough to join the cruise :crying:
what happend?? please dont tell me youre dealing with clements....they always have issues. also sorry to hear this pottentialy bad news and i know we all hope you get your subie!
Nope, not clements, thank god! Im dealing with Bloomingon Acura/Subaru. They have been very helpful throughout this whole thing, and the issues that I am having are beyond their control. In the short, the economy took a dump since I ordered my 09, and the terms of my finance deal changed. I have spent the last week talking them from 5k down to 1500 down, and from 11% to 5% interest. Its strictly Subaru Finance that is causing the issues, and they say the reason that the hoops that I need to jump through have to do with me being 20, and a "risk". Gay.
I might run into you guys/gals over in Wabasha. If the weather is as nice as they are saying, im most likely going to ride hwy 60 on the gixxer
http://www.mnsubaru.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28884&page=2 Who from the cities wants to caravan down??
good luck man!! i really hope it works out for you...hope you can still make it to the cruise even if you have to ride a big wheel
is that so........ someone better has a radio I can borrow, this is my cars maiden voyage or something like that
