Can anyone shed some light on this topic for me? I have a spare intake mani and fuel setup that I'm modifying. I came across this on Scoobymods.com, But the whole deal looks confusing and jimmy rigged. Has anyone done this successfully and cleanly? I heard Kelly did it, So those who did that set up please chime in.
its not hard to set up, i was going to do it...but i couldn't find a few of the fittings so i gave up
its easy. you have one feed line that you split in two. both those sides go to each fuel rail. then take the opposite sides of the fuel rail lines and run that to the regulator (i have a after market one that allows two inlets and puts it into one return line or you would "y" block the two lines into one line to meet your regulator if it only has one port). then hook that return line back to your return line to your tank. just follow the bottom two lines on my system: like this too. the 90 on the bottom of the regulator would be the return line back to your tank
NBD. I used a pair of these adapters: http://www.outfrontmotorsports.com/fuel_rails_and_injectors.htm I had to modify it a bit to make it work on the other end of the fuel rail for which it was designed. Just T your feed to the rails and bring it back to the Aeromotive A1000-6 injected bypass regulator. Here's my T for the feed Here's one of the rails to the regulator, and you can see the return leaving the bottom of the regulator. You could use four of those adapters for a nice clean install. I'm gonna get two more when I put those heads on and rework my fuel system.
