its funny I was showing the young cashier at the carwash this pic and she said it didn't even look like a camaro, it occured to me that she was young enough not to have experinced the glory days of that body style. sometimes I feel old. I did tell her what people I know used to say about camaro's "they're like a-holes, everybody has one"
You think that is hard to park? Try parking a full sized school bus! The turning radius on mine is about a city block..
That's the wonderful thing about driving a fire truck. I can park it wherever I want, including the fire lanes.
To be fair, I usually try to limit that to times when the building is actually on fire. I have yet to get a complaint about it, in fact I've been thanked on several occasions.
My DD these days is a 3/4-ton truck. Most parking lots spots are about 2-3' too short for it to fit in entirely. So I'm left with the option of leaving one end hanging out in the traffic lane, or pulling in such that those 2-3' are in the parking space opposite. I do the latter, because it's less disruptive to all the traffic coming through the lot. But I'm sure there are some people who look at it and think I'm being a dickhead.
That's when the person in the smart car takes up a whole space instead of using the shortened space created by the truck!
let me preface this by saying one is my wife, the other her sister... hahahahahah I pull into MMA class tonight and notice my wifes van parked forward a little... wasnt till I realized after parking mine correctly how bad they both really were... wife = silver van greyish buick = SIL landcrusier = mine
haha! your wife also has a dirty license plate that you can barely read and you cleaned yours off! I tip my hat to you sir! I'm not being sarcastic either people who don't wipe at least their plates off drive me nuts. Guess I got that from working at a gas station for a few years.
truth, I've gotten a warning for an unreadable plate before, I got off with a warning because I just wiped it off when he said something.

I would have to say the LTAS in the background would mess these up a little more then the BMW did...But I would still back away and act like I didn't see it haha
The fact that the parking lot is lined with a buffer zone between cars makes that all the more great.
