Has anyone heard of this. So last week my clutch pedal lost all pressure and was very loose, so i took it in to get it checked out. My shifter fork wore in two spots. Where the slave cyl touches and where it pivots on the ball, where it wore all the way through. I just redid my clutch too so this will be fun. I feel like when people do their clutches this should maybe be addressed because it kinda stinks.

I've never seen that. It might be that whenever it was all put together last it wasn't lubricated properly along with, at some point in its life the pressure plate springs may have been binding. I would definitely check out the clutch itself when its out.

Are you sure it was installed correctly? Did it wear directly on the little "nubs" on the fork (that the pivot and cylinder are supposed to sit into)? I put mine in slightly off once and it was binding when I pushed the clutch. I think this would cause added wear very quickly. Under normal circumstances I wouldn't think you'd get much wear on that part.

wow, weird. You sure you have the right slave cylinder on there? You sure it's the right fork too? The 5speed and 6speed forks look very similar but are just slightly offset.
What did you get hung up on when removing it?

Those forks are for a push style not a pull like your describing.

I have done countless push style clutches and have never seen one like that. You should get a prize for that. LOL
