UV Blue by itself is horrible. Pink lemonade, or MD is where its at. I'm not in it for the taste, I'm in it for the Zerorunk ratio it provides without the hangover for work the next day. I'm a very very big beer drinker, but since I moved to Minnesota the product I want is not within arms reach or walking distance. I can say that Michigan provided a much broader range of local and foreign beers without it being a hassle to search around for it like it is here in MN. I lived 2 blocks away from "Oak Cafe" That had a beer book for all the beer they carried and over 214 beers available. 40 were on-tap at all times, which were the beers of the month. www.theoakcafe.com Look at the list on the left of "beers on tap" Anyways back on topic. Lets see some more work-space setups!
its pretty messy but i just wanted to show off my new monitor i picked up today with all my best buy gift cards 23" LED 5,000,000:1 aspect ration and 2ms refresh rate
Yes, I use all those lists hanging up on the boards on a daily basis. And we call the printer "Tree Killer", goin through about 4 reams of paper a day, 7 days a week. Also, here's my only window to the outside: Black and white monitor to watch the truck gate.
Hmmm, If those are "blood" instruments you may use some of our hematology controls/calibrators. Does R&D Systems ring a bell? I'd post a pic of my workspace but am not allowed to take photos in the building.
Here's my home office. Yes. Complete with drums, keyboard, and studio monitor speakers. Only thing missing in the pic is my laptop, which I actually used to take the picture.
Apparently I need 2 monitors... everyone else has 2! (actually, I really do need 2 monitors but I guess manufacturing engineers aren't allowed to have nice things)
Sorry for the blurry cell phone pic. I have dual 19" monitors with the Logitech Wave Keyboard/Mouse Combo... My co-worker next to me has me trumped... 1-28" Wide, 1-24" Wide, 2-19" Standard. They are all running off of one box with dual GPUs... It is ridiculous.
We have crap for equipment at my office. P3 500MHz machines and 10 year old 17" CRT's. And we're supposed to be a software development company. At least I have lots of space and a huge window, which looks into an empty parking lot with some conspicuous figure 8 tracks in the snow .... Its also worth showing a close-up of one of my white-boards, since this is at the moment our company's actual business plan ... yeah, anyone see my looking for a job thread ...
Something a little different then some cool multi computer screen setups (Which I wish I had). At my Jewelers Bench Sizing a platinum ring, kind of a cool pictures with platinum it takes a lot more heat to weld so the ring glows a little. Also a picture from buying diamond in Antwerp, Belgium a couple months ago. But mostly I work at the Jewelers bench: biggrin:
