I know martin was asking about this when I saw him last weekend. This is a little project that one of the guys from the USMB did last summer, he has since traded it off to facilitate his next project, but he built a frame under his XT6, then a divorced T-case, and toyota solid axles on leaf springs both front and back. Allowing for much more flex without comprimising DOJ life. anyway, thought I'd share

I'll try to find his post on how he did it

Nope, they had full time, single-range 4WD, BUT, by adding a Toyota Transfer case in the middle, you get dual range, and the capability of using at least Limited Slip bout front and back, if not lockers ;).

And yes, subies are great for a great many things }:)

Yeah that's one sick Subaru there. Ideally I'd like to upgrade to solid axles all around. But for the money in parts and materials I might as well switch platforms to a Samurai, Jeep or Tracker :p
