Well, it's come time to revive this thread. The spt intake and catback satisfied me for a while...but now I think it's time for a downpipe. I've been looking around a little bit - and I'm undetermined on which downpipe, but I'm thinking the catless cobb perhaps? Also leaning toward an AP.

    Any suggestions?

Also - is this an install I could/should do myself? Keep in mind it took me like almost 3 hours to install my catback!

then it should only take you about 5 hrs to pull the catback out and reinstall it with the DP ;)

^^^ Nate (wrxboy2003) can help ya out with it for a very resonable price! ;) *Psst... he owns a Meineke in Shakopee!* I did the SPT cat-back a few months back and it was a pretty easy install, but the DP requires ALOT more tools into tight places and that's where Nate comes into play!

And while you are in there, you might as well install a catless uppipe (unless you have a sti).

Yep I've got an '06 WRX so I think I remember hearing that there's no cat in the uppipe.

Anyone know if AP worked out those issues it had with 06 WRXs?

Looking at the same mods for my car as well. You happen to have a rough price on the intake and heat shield? Looks like the pair is running about $290 from various internet sources...

Enginuity is only for Subaru's. List of supported ECU's. However, the tactrix cable will work on any qualified ODBII car.

Actually, we've got a ton of the intakes/heatshields in stock and we've been selling them for 10% over cost since April. About 215 + tax for both of them together.
