who was it that works at a dealer or would know some inside issue on the blind spot detectors of a 15 outback?

Quick overview is the system went out and shut down on my OB. (Somewhere around 41,000 miles)

I've had the sensors replaced (thank you extended warranty) but I feel they are not calibrated properly or not as sensitive as the originals.

They don't always detect cars on the passenger side (to the point I've been able to put a cement truck in the blind spot with out the light coming on) they seem to be working very intermittent. They also used to detect cross traffic from my driveway, but they did not last time I tried to check them.

Dealer says the system is working as designed. They are really intermittent and of course we're working more often on the morning I took it in. Any one have any experience with this system?

    Thanks
