if a car drifts a parking lot and no one witnesses it, does it make a sound? but seriously dude, that totally sucks! those steep fines for nothing. next time try claiming "practicing worst situation avoidance and control" or something like that. also the excuse of testing your ABS or effectiveness of traction control work is a valid argument. my dad got out of it once saying "i was just showing my son how to correct from doing cookies" (that was on dry pavement ) that was pure luck though... lol....
