Got a quick noob question, I'm looking at buying a bugeye wrx with stock engine but it has a stage 3 clutch. Heard that the stage 3 clutch is too strong for the stock car. Need help and opinion. Would it be ok driving it as dd or will the trans blow?

Hard to say but you are right to be concerned. It either means it used to be modified with a lot more power and they returned it to stock or it means the PO doesn't know how to drive and kept burning out the stock clutch doing mad launches.
Either way yes a "stage 3" clutch has the potential to do more damage to the stock tranny.
Without knowing anything else about the car I would say pass

Pass. Most likely modified and returned back to stock as the average car buyer wouldn't buy a modified car.
