Sti tmic vs wrx tmic

Doing some internet searching to see what types of gains I will see with my sti top mount... My question(s)
1. Will I really be able to tell a power difference?
2. Can I just pop this guy on and be good without a tune?
3. Am I best to wait and just install this when I put on my new dp, gmbcs, 255fuel pump, injectors, and exhaust?

For comparison:

WRX TMIC data:
Rows: 30
Core dimensions: 16.5 x 6 x 3
Total cubic core space: 297ci

USDM STi TMIC.
Rows: 34
core diemnsions: 18.5 x 6.625 x 3 (confirmed)
Total cubic core space: 368ci

I would save up for a better topmount, there isnt alot of difference in the wrx comparedd to the sti. Even the ebay ones are better than the sti

 

The bigger tmic will come later on, but I'll be rockin the td04 till atleast the snow is gone, and this was a great price, so I couldnt really pass it up
