Not dead set against it...just didn't get it. I grew up with a dad who said things like "Who in their right mind would be racing cars on Mille Lacs Lake when it is -20 Degrees?" The correct answer is no one...but it sure is a whole lot of fun :biggrin:

 

Bump again! I would like to get at least 2 more people in case others can't make it.

 

Updated the list! Anyone else wanna come?! It's gonna be $12.50 per 10 min run or $50 for a pack of 5 10 min runs from 7-9pm July 3rd!

Sounds like we are meeting at Mike Wagners, he agreed to car pool the magority of us there in the Family man's van. It normally takes 45 min so I figured we should meet at Mikes no later than 5:30-45

To all those that are planning on doing this, show up wearing pants and closed toe shoes! If you don't you can not run, jackets and neck collars will be handed out. Also if you have a closed face helmet you can bring it along otherwise they will also be provided. I look forward to this event!

Well just found out Derek will be traveling with his friends to the UP of Michigan for the 4th and will not be joining us. I think Melissa will probably run a couple of races.

I won't be there. Some semi-serious issues have arisen and I apologize for canceling at the last minute but it really can't be avoided.

So what's the verdict? Did Paully get punted to the outfield or were you unable to get thru traffic to collect? LOL

 

Traffic was not a problem, although I will say Brent did a very good job picking up the lines. We only ran 2 sessions before it got dark, we have three sessions a piece left over.

We will look to schedule this when you can come along to show us how its done.

Now that didn't even sound anywhere near as inviting as Paul R. LOL But yeah I have been want to make it out there this summer. I doubt I will be much competition. I'll be lucky if I can even reach the paddles, but I might be able to see over the steering wheel. :laugh: So I just might have half a chance. :ugh:

I am a very quick learner, so if you show me around I'll do my best to stay competitive. LOL

 

The pedals and seat are adjustable, so your in good shape there. So you want me to challenge you to a dual on four wheels?

It was a lot of fun! Brent and I are both up for going again. Of course...Ellie already spilled to Noah that now that he is 5 he can race, too. (They rent carts for 5 and up). Not likely that we will let Noah on the track with you guys, though
