Yeah, well its not like I don't want to be there for his party. Its my birthday weekend to, so I get to celebrate also. But I didn't think anyone would care that I wouldn't be around. Plus, this wasn't planned untill after I planned on being up to your place.:evil:

I know my girlfriend is happy. She wasn't too excited about being around a bunch of 'internet car nerds'! :roll:

 

I will be there next year. I had such a great time at the last one, and I am so bummed that my car won't be fixed in time for this

Sorry dont think i am going to be able to make it this time, i have been trying this whole time to get everything to work out so i can come, but i just dont think it is going to happen. Belive me when i say this i really really want to go, and everyone who is going you are going to have a blast! have fun and take lots of videos.

 

i have a friend from the cities that ice races dirt bikes, he thinks he may enjoy comin up with a bike. anybody object to that? hes not for sure or anything. but i figured i would ask for him.

yea i ask because i know a bike is guna be a lot more dangerous. and we would be more or less in the middle of the woods.

I ran all seasons and was fine last time. I think martin had all seasons too.

so is there anything going on on friday that we need to be there for? im picking a friend up in mpls at 6pm so we wont be there till midnight.

 

I dont know if we are meeting up and rolling up there en masse anymore. It doesnt seem like a ton of people from the cities are headed up there like there was last time.

 

you'll be fine. you wont be able to accelerate, or hit corners as hard as you would like to but you should have no issues. oohh yeah and you will probabyl get stuck more often then ppl w/ winter tires.

think of it this way, its better driving experience w/ all season hehe.

btw: i am gonna buy ice tires for next year lol.

 

yea, you just gotta find snow spots, because the bare ice isn't too fun with all seasons.

 

if i had a set of extra tires to stud i'd lend you my blizzaks.

there are pleanty of snow spots this time, I just plowed and on the 1st 2 passes I left a couple inches of snow, and on the outsides I left around 4 inches

 

cool, it been snowing up there the past few nights like it was here?

 

There is no going off the course without getting stuck this time, we probably got around 10 inches of new snow in he last 2 weeks. BUt its all fluffy so there shouldnt be any broken parts

 

sweet, yea.... everyone bring tow straps if you have them, and equip your front tow hooks.

 

coool. Yeah i really wish i had snow tires. But as long as there is soft snow it should be fine. I just got back my car from the body shop last week. :twisted:
