Deride...you can stop by and pick up my big tow strap if you'd like....it'a beast, might be overkill for most things, but if someone really get's stuck, you can really yank it and not do damage.

 

So I talked to my friend last night, he was 100% sure he was going last weekend, and now the day before he backs out on me. I apologize rich for any problems this causes. I'm still comming, just flying solo this weekend.

We kinda did everyone buys their own stuff last time, it worked out well.

 

dont forget extra socks and a second pair of shoes wont hurt either... they get a liitle wet when u stand on a snow covered lake all day....

 

its probably easier if everyone brings their own food, I got some sausage for everyone to cook on the camp fire saturday, and a cold bottle of yagger!!

 

one more thing, if anyone wants to come up that isnt on the list just show up, there will be pleanty of room.

i think firestone @ 6pm sounds like a good idea. we should get there bey 10-10:30ish. We'll be in traffic however.

Lsat time we met up at the target in forest lakes, but we had to leave later becuase everyone was stuck in different traffic. we might as well leave the city and get stuck in the same traffic.

 

I made it in 3 hours last weekend

I'm planning on coming up rather early on Sunday morning for a few hours. hopefully there will still be some people there!

I just got a call from Matt and he said the roads are TERRIBLE after Hinckley, so be careful!

 

Yeah, it's dumping here in Ashland and we've been watching the system in Meteorology class. Looks like it will be through very quickly, but dump quite a lot of snow. Have fun guys and take lots of pics, I really want to be there, but I just can't :cry:

I spent my whole winter prepping my car for this (Powdercoated rims, brand spanking new Blizzak Revo 1 tires, rear skid plate, front skid plate, mudflaps) and now its broken and I am missing out the fun!
You guys make me jealous .
