    ^ No. Stoich for Nitromethane is 1.7:1. Look it up. So the top fuel drag cars running at 1.5:1 is very reasonable.


    Also I found that nitro burns about twice as hot as gasoline, and still burns violently in the exhaust. Finding a turbo that can survive at over 4000 degreees would be tough. Besides, its agaist their rules anyways.

    Ah yes, that would make sense then. They see around 50psi of boost so 5-6.5:1 is reasonable.
