So I'm looking to upgrade the suspension this spring but I'm really kind of a new to Subie's and modifying in general. What kind of springs/struts should I be looking at? I am looking to start doing some auto cross casually but still need it to work for daily driving.

Gonna need to know exactly what you drive, first.

yes, sedan and wagon are different. You're pretty much good to go with anything that will bolt onto a WRX of the same year.

Now. Recommendations will range between coilovers and keeping what you have. lol

I personally say a set of good springs and some tokico or KYB adjustables if you want to keep street manners.

what is wrong with how the car handles now?? I can tell you 100 different setups that will work, but it is much smarter to get the parts needed to make the car do what you want. You want to get rid of some of the body roll?? Get stiffer front and rear anti-roll bars. What to change turn in?? Get a larger/smaller rear bar. And no matter what you want to do, get rid of the idea that tein s-tech springs will work.

Agreed ^^^ , Good sway bars and end links to combat body roll and avoid S-techs. If you want to combat understeer I would look to dialing in some camber with some camber plates.

I would wait until spring, autocross it stock first, then go from there.
