OK i will first post here and then if no answer will post elsewhere. I really want to get a ride in an 08 sti. If someone has one let me know, i just want to get a feel of the ride quality in a passenger seat.

 

Don't know of any MNsubaru members who have one...

i would bet money they are smooth... they "refined" the 08's so damn much.

 

If it rides like the 07, no thanks. If it rides a bit stiffer that 08 wrx than yes.

 

Sheen you race, so i can see how it would not suite you. I dont race ( only on the streets, jk) so to me bit more power and usable space with a hatch would be nice.

 

lgt, is slow and looks a bit plane. I must has diff controlzz!

 

you do realize the powertrain in both the LGT and STI is pretty similar right?

 

i do know that the suspension is similar, cause i have seen that endlinks and sways fit both lgts and wrxs.

 

yeah, that does look good. But its still not as functional as the sti with a hatch. I love hatches!

 

I have my old mudflaps for free to anyone to take. they come with all the hardware. so if you want to have flaps but dont want to cut truck once or spend 100+ for rallyarmor you can take mine.

What are your thoughts? I think the coolest part is that both engines (3L straight 6 and v8) both come with twin turbos if i understand it right.
