TD04 Port & Polish

    So I got this turbo dirt cheap & figured it's a good place to start playing with the die grinder & dremmel.

    Still have some work to do on the hotside but here's the progress so far 20170407_184658.jpg

    Looks pretty darn good! I don't miss the porting and polishing days at all.

    Yup, first for me. It takes some time for sure, need to get a different carbide to finish

    Flapper wheels work great for the finish pass. Did you gasket match it?

    Gasket matched yes, carbides, flap wheels, stones, sanding cones then medium & fine crossbuffs
