Testing the waters, nicely modified 2005 LGT

The car currenly has 82.5k miles. All mods excluding clutch and brakes were done at 38k miles, back in 2008. I acquired the car in April of 2006 from the first owner. Brake pads & rotors less than 1k miles ago.

Oil change intervals have always been 5k or less, I run German Castrol 0w30 synthetic and Purolator Pure 1 filters. The AccessPort maps were created when we lived in Colorado (6200 ft ASL) but they have been working fine down here at 800 ft ASL.

KBB says $13.5k, I'm thinking more like $13k. The car is just over the river in Hudson, Wi.

Background:
I purchased the car in April of 2006 as the 2nd owner. All modifications were done around 38k miles with the exception of the clutch (done at 72612 miles) & brakes (done at 80714 miles).

Condition:
Interior 7 of 10. The car is 8+ years old and does show it's age somewhat. The leather is still in very good shape, there are a couple of interior dings on the door panels and center console which were there when I bought it.

Exterior 7 of 10. There are a couple of dings and scratches, but hardly noticeable unless you are purposely starting at the paint from a foot away. The right front quarter panel and right front wheel were replaced after a low speed fender bender in December 2011. The paint on the top of the left rear bumper cover has a spiderweb crack, also there since I purchased the car.

Mechanical:
The car runs great. Oil changes consistently done at under 5k miles using German Castrol Syntec 0w30 and Purolator Pure 1 filters. Last oil change was done at 80204 miles at a Valvoline Oil Change shop using their 5w30 MaxLife oil and Fram filter.

Extras/Modifications:
Subaru short shifter, STI pedals, tinted windows, ACT HD clutch/full face disk/WRX flywheel, nicely modified.

Recent Maintenance:
New Continental ExtremeContact DWS around 10k miles ago, in excellent shape. Serpentine belts replaced 500 miles ago.

Tune #1 - 91 octane and wastegate pressure - 10psi:



Tune #2 - 91 octane and 18psi:



Tune #3 - E85 and 10psi:



Tune #4 - E85 and 16psi:



At a later dyno session it put down 435.0 awhp and 464.3 ft/lbs @ 23 psi on a Mustang dyno, burning 91 octane with a few gallons of e85 blended in.
