it might be that guy... wow 81k on a 05sti thats alot of mileage. what was the price on that car? yeah luckily it was paid off the 1st day i got it. parents helped me palf half so i ddint have to owe any car payments. hows the car running?

yeah 81 is a lot, but think about it, it is all hwy. It runs like it has 40 on it. I drove an STi once with like 13k on it that had been beat up so bad, it felt way worse. Mine runs great. The guy had a commute from the cities to cannon falls back and forth every day of the week,...so that is a lot of highway mileage. Got it for under 20k, back in January. Super clean and super tight still, everything is up to date. If you ever saw it in person, you would guess it had like 30 or 40k on it. No one has ever guessed the right mileage. Nice when you find a one owner that was pre-owned by a older business guy.

 

LOL, all I will say is, Don't believe everything you hear, esp from the sales person, they know what they're doing.

yeah, that's good that the car is running good.

 

I got to meet the previous owner personally and he even gave me his card if I had any questions. A real solid guy...and I believe the owner of some business. He did not at all seem like the type to abuse his car. He is a middle aged guy. The car shows---I know a molested vehicle when I drive one. You saw it Nuke---looked pretty clean when you plugged in your laptop for the CEL...?

I hear ya... well, it runs nice, no real crazy sounds or anything like that...I have driven other STi's that sound quite a bit worse. Always a gamble buying a used car, but this one seems to be good.

 

I think I spotted Nick on 494 and Bass Lake Road, fit the description of his car at least.

 

Spotted at the schwans super rink: Blue bug-eye wrx with missing fog lights and the tow-hook installed in the front. It had rims too but no idea what kind, best I can describe them is a loose mesh type.

 

Rolled with a white gc? wagon on 494 from 169 to Pilot Knob today. Didn't catch your name.

April 23rd, about 4:25pm on 94 South by the Lyndale/Hennepin Ave split. Spotted a Red Legacy (don't know the years of those) with red club stickers in the rear side windows, driver may have been asian? Rims I believe, I forget now that it's been a week.
I drove next to you for a little bit, looked at you and even honked, no response. So I merged over to the right and took my Lyndale Ave split, never to see you again... *sob*

April 28th, Hwy 100 going north by Olsen Memorial Hwy (55), just before 10am. Spotted a Silver souped up WRX sedan, or rather he spotted me as he passed me. I pulled in behind you, and you proceeded to accelerate quickly. I stuck with you for a bit, but I was trying to find my exit to get to some training for work. Kinda hard to check my directions/map at 100+mph through traffic, and I don't need a ticket either. Didn't see any club stickers, but then again, didn't see much of your car. Exhaust & rims were your identifying features... oh, and your lead foot & wreckless driving style.

I was in my '05 WRB WRX Wagon both times.

saw a black bugeye w/ sti wing going south on 280 around 7:45

 

Saw a white (97?) RS with a bigger wing heading west on University this morning, stopped at light right before 280. Sounded pretty loud, but I couldn't make out the sticker on the bottom left of the rear window.

Just spotted an 06-07 Black WRX with exhaust, BOV, and club stickers leaving McDonald's in Shakopee. Nice looking/sounding car. I was in the silver bug-eye...

Saw a woman driving a white 4 Door GC on Mississippi Rd today around 1715. Looked super clean, couldn't see any club stickers. I waved and she stared.

 

Really? Didn't realize the stock valve was that loud, although I suppose the intake makes it a little louder.

I'm running Sparco DS1 wheels and a turbo back exhaust with a Prodrive axle back.

Spotted a blue wrx heading 94E. about 6:00 p.m, looked over at you at the last second as I was heading opposite direction.

Also, spotted a dark blue RS at 6:30 out on Excelsior blvd. by Bunnies Bar, heard your exhaust first.

Haha yeah. There is also another silver bug-eye at my company with some aftermarket wheels you may have seen too but it's just an Impreza, this company is so big I haven't been able to figure out who's it is after a year and a half lol.

saw holster up at normy again, also i talked to this girl in a black dodge ram hemi that asked me if i was going to the lot.. it took me a while and then i remembered she was probably on here or someones girlfirend on here.

Spotted Zak on 75 & Lyndale yesterday, must have been driving home from the auto-x and taken side streets cause 35w north sucks balls right now.

 

I was on 169 north from 101 to excelsior at like 5ish and then excelsior to 394 about 30 minutes later (Chipotle FTW) coming home from autox

 

Just spotted Wrexinator on my way from 'lunch' @ work, the taxi looks hawt dude!
