The Official "Spotted" thread

I saw two bugeye WRXs at Menards in Fridley last night. One silver with lightly tinted windows and a AAA sticker on the back bumper. The other was blue with black rims and I think an aftermarket exhaust.

 

Blue WRX at 11am today on 61 in Newport
Blue WRX at 4pm today on 70th street in Cottage Grove it had gold letters on the back window

 

Black WRX (I assume) on Minnetonka Blvd, yesterday around 5:00.
Exhaust and may have had MNsubaru stickers in the back windows (gold??)
Just noticed you at the last second so no waves attempted.

 

Black wrx...looked like 04 scoop or so on a bugeye, hood pins, sti wing. very sharp car. last night hway 10 west around 615

 

Saw a black w/gold STi? maybe wrx I think I remember seeing an STi wing. 8:30 pm driving north on 65 through Blaine.

 

nice white wrx on HW 5 gold wheels and lots of turbo noises around 12:30

 

Silver 04' STI with Idaho plates looked stock, maybe a CBE, or tip, in Eden Prairie........ parked in front of Potbelly at the mall.............probably going to see Superman Returns yesterday June 28 around 9:30 there was also a black WRX that parked right next to him a little later.

 

black 02 03 in andover with big wing and bodykit...parked in a driveway across from oakview school

 

May have been me.. where abouts on Mtka Blvd?

 

Spotted in EP on Twilight Trail parked in the driveway of a gray house ~ Rally Blue WRX with very nice black rims and exhaust. Do you live there? If you do ~ we are neighbors!

 

It was between 100 and Ottowa I believe.

 

If it was wingless that would be me. Could it be me? Was I finally spotted?

 

(6-29-06)I saw a white 2.5 leg gt new one. Down on 62 around cottage grove area at about 4:30. ON my way to get fireworks!!!

(6-30-06) saw a silver sti turning from 242 onto round lake blvd going into coon rapids. sawed him around 3pm

 

saw 2 rexes at the same intersection today in blaine off of hwy 65 and 109th i believe. one was a grey bugeye with exhaust, rims and lowered, and going the opposite way was a blue '04/05 STi with gold rims.

 

Zane/109th....Silver GM6 with tinted windows, borla headers, exhaust, jdm tails. We gave nods then he sped off...I'm just a wagon!

HWY 10W exit...Saw a maroon legacy turbo with some wheels. Gave nods.

 

Spotted a Blue WRX with MNSubaru stickers at Menards in Buffalo around 9:30 this morning as I was pulling in. Waves were exchanged. Was in a big hurry or I would have tryed to say hi.

 

Blue WRX wagon with club stickers parked off of Main Street in Anoka on Saturday afternoon.

 

04-05 Black STi with gold rims pulled thru my work parking lot (riverdale commons) around 5:20 pm this fine sunday afternoon.

Blue WRX 2004 on 70th on my way to work today in cottage grove

 

I think I spotted the same one today on Jamaica and 80th (he was heading north on Jamaica) :biggrin:

He had his window rolled down and I believe the rear windows were tinted.

That was me in Anoka Saturday with the blue WRX wagon. My best friend just bought the used book store there and I stopped to see the place and take her to lunch.

 

I'm right off of 75th and Jamaica.

My backyard is on Jamaica Ave. It's the last one on the right side of Jamaica (when heading north) right before you get to Indian Blvd, coming from 80th.

There have been more than a handful of times I see a blue WRX (forgot if its an STi or not) at around 8am during the week, driving south on Jamaica. I can hear the BOV and exhaust from my kitchen (sliding screen door is usually open). It's a nice sound to hear in the morning. LOL!

You can also spot my WRX at Cottage Grove Fitness and Spa during the week at around 7-8pm.

Where are you at?

 

I am right by Kingston Park, I am close to the smaller parking lot on Indian Blvd. I have seen a Blue WRX wagon with black wheels and tinted windows in Cottage Grove.

Hmmm... haven't seen that one. I have just a regular sedan with stock rims, with no wing and soon to be debadged trunk. Maybe that way, everyone and their grandma will stop revving on me :laugh:

That's me revving on you. Just kidding. I've got an '04 PSM STI with WRX trunk debaged. I live on 85th st by County 19. Why don't we all get together some time since we have so many C Grovians in the house.

That place is awesome, but unfortunately it doesn't do as much business as it should. Hopefully she can turn it around and tap into that antique market that seem to be the thing in Anoka.

 

Hey, I just noticed that someone bought the place about 4 houses up from me on June Ave.
The guy has a blue WRX- carbon fiber hood, large exhaust tip, debadged trunk. I don't think there was a spoiler- can't recall. Since you probably haven't seen my car yet as it is in the garage frequently, you may not have noticed the other WRX enthusiast (me). Just wanted to say welcome to the neighborhood and nice Ride.

I saw a black STI on Ferry Street today, just north of HWY 10.

Kid had hair as long as mine...

 

Saw a blue '02? wrx with mnsubaru stickers on the windows at execlsior today parked at the tcf or wells fargo bank at around the times of 6:30-10 thats when I left. I parked right next to it and my friend with a civic si who also parked close liked it a lot.

 

did it have black rims? was probably KSAL he is sporting the long hair

 

That was me. We went to Maynards for drinks and to watch the fireworks. That place was packed! When I got back to my car there was a black Si still parked next to me.

 

Yep the si was my buddy's car, I would have been there later but I had to pick up my 'rents at the airport and it was very packed I heard traffic was just terrible when everyone was leaving.

 

WRB WRX with STi wing on 494 East bound. Honked and got a look but no wave...

Bug eye?? Sorry, I don't know what you mean. I just saw the back of it and it had the WRX emblem on the back and a small spoiler. Unless its a "knock-off" :laugh:

 

i saw a black WRX bug eye on highway 61 in Cottage Grove/ Newport, I think that it was either Sunday or Monday not sure.
