cool man thanks, did your springs blow your struts that fast?? what springs were you using?

 

no i just put these eibachs on my car with blown struts, i realized they were blown after i had installed all 4 of them. but i ordered some kyb's so my suspension should raise a little bit which is good because my car is sickeningly low. my entire exhaust scrapes on speed bumps! \m/

theres the steps below brought to us by Carl the rally princess .

1. clean wheels extremely well. this is critical. any grease, dirt, dust, etc. will ruin your paint job. use a good degreaser and scrub scrub scrub.

2. scuff sand your wheels with a fairly high grit paper (600 - 800 is ok)

3. clean off all dust from sanding - i wipe down using acetone or isopropyl alcohol

4. tape off your tires (sticking note cards in between the rim and tire is a quick way - it makes a sort of cone around your rim)

5. spray down primer. i would do 2 coats

6. spray down paint. i would do at least 3 coats (light coats)

7. spray down clear. at least 2 coats

8. enjoy

it is duplicolor bronze. dont mistake it for gold. gold = ghey
bronze = sexy

also i finished it with a flat clear, to give it a real look instead of a plastic cheap look.

Last friday 23rd around 5pm on 35W northbound I waived at a smiling guy on a wagon, if I remember well it was an impreza. I was on a blue GC. I am just curious who you are. I am 100% sure you are on here.

 

Silver WRX with club stickers, exhaust, and (I think) a darker colored scoop on the front (it was dark, couldn't really tell what color) and a passenger in the car on I-94 Westbound out between Oakdale and St. Paul somewhere around midnightish.

I was in the dark red SVX, but it looked like you didn't recognize me as a Subaru.

Spotted a WRB wingless bugeye this morning on Phalen blvd...my twin except your still badged..

 

saw a white SVX today at normanfail had yeller mnsubaru stickers on it.

Saw a blue WRX on Rockford Road in Plymouth just west of 494. You looked over going the other direction. I was in the red SVX

 

i sat in traffic on 100 for over an hour that day lol. they had the left lane shut for no reason - you were lucky, you got on right where it started to open back up

 

Today I spotted a black hawkeye sti over by MCDonalds and burger king off stinson, this morning about 6:45 am. I rev'd it up as I went past.

This afternoon I saw a black blobeye wrx on 36 east bound, a lady behind the wheel.

Then on 88 I saw a grey GC by the quary shoping center, I rev'd it up as I went past.

 

Spotted a blue bugeye 94W w/ exhaust tonight at 6:15ish.

 

Spotted and waved at a dark grey 08-09 WRX hatch on 280/94E at about 4:30 today. :wavey:

Always spot a black '07 STi in the parking ramp of Grand & Excelsior. I have a friend who lives in those apartments and always try to park next to/close to you

Spotted a WRB WRX blobeye wagon on riverside about 3:45 pm. Also in a commercial for a new show on discovery, a WRB WRX wagon that gets destroyed in a car crash. The show is called adreniline hour or something like that...

 

Spotted 06 or 07 ccm or ugm sti on old shakopee and xerxes today about 9:45am. Tried waiting around for ya, but the lights were in my favor. I was in the wingless ugm. Anyone from here?

 

spotted on hwy 7 east by 494 at about 3:45 pm, 04-05 4dr black with tinted windows , exh. , fmic , gauges on dash , i was the dirty jeep , car sounded great , if you are on here what kind of exhaust do you run??

 

today round 330 at target parking lot in brookdale i drove by a silver wrx with a bigger exhaust angled up? i drove by in my black 300zx. thought id check it out but someone was in it lol

Crazy night with the spots.

First spot was in uptown on one of the side streets parked on the street. Silver bugeye with cannon style muffler. I won't give exact location for protection of the owner, but it was around the Jefferson school area.

Coming home from my photo class I saw the guy who lives near me. Sorry I forgot your s/n. I flashed you, you tapped your brakes back.

Seen a nice silver WRX wagon on 61 today at around 3:00...then you unleashed it on the off ramp to 36.
