Two this time:

1) Saturday evening, spotted & waved to Scotty turning right onto St. Clair from Benhill. I was sitting on my porch. :biggrin:

2) Today around 3pm at Lexington & Grand - spotted & waved at a guy driving a silver 04-05 STI turning north on Lexington. I didn't get a wave back. Looked pretty much stock except for a melon-launcher exhaust and carbon fiber exhaust shield on the rear bumper. I was in my blue '04 wagon headed to Morrie's to get a parts quote for a complete front bumper replacement.

 

oh, i see what you did there. hahah

 

spotted a black blobeye 2.5rs today at the 28th street light rail station, had club stickers on the back windows...you were parked 2 spots down from my silver bugeye.

 

Spotted a black wingless wrx with orange wheels... And was that bullwinkle riding shotgun? Getting on 36 from Lexington around 7:45 pm

 

I smell a tune.

 

Ditto. Spotted and talked to wrxkid about his nice '07 wrx at the ricekillers meet tonight in Fridley. Hope to see ya at Calhoun sometime!

 

Yep, they meet at Mike's Foods in Fridley, off of University and Osborne Rd. It's behind the Freedom gas station, and they have a NOS guy there every week with a tent setup. Stopped by for the first time last night, since I was just getting off work in Coon Rapids. There was only 1 Subaru . The rest were a mix of some nice Stangs, Corvettes, a Supra, NSX, a few Neons, etc. About 20ish cars altogether.

 

wrb peanut eye sti yesterday on my way to work getting onto 35w from 494E and on my way home yesterday spotted at black peanut eye sti heading N on 35W right b4 exit for 494.

Also today on 98th and lyndale shot a peace sign to a guy in a black bugeye wagon, he look really confused, lol

 

Spotted a black 04-05 wingless wrx on w 7th today in St Paul. Went back and forth a little trying to find an opening big enough to get a pull in, but traffic was against it. Exhaust, BOV, cleared headlights

 

Dropping off parts at D&G for the rebuild. Spotted some Double D's, Skittle colored wheels covered in brake dust... and Fuji :biggrin:

 

really nice red hawkeye wrx w/ 04-05 tails and black rims on 694 and rice. i rev'd at you to say hi but you looked scare. lol, jk.

 

Saw a white WRX wagon on White Bear Ave last night driving away from HWY36 towards St. Paul. I was walking my two bostons with my wife. You looked over as I was pointing out your car to my wife.


Also saw a black STI around 5pm on 394 going up to 100 North... looked like air diffusers in your wing????

 

saw yellow bugeye wagon at the last second yesterday around 5:15, it was stopped at the light on hwy 280 heading south, i was heading north on 280 but was paying attention to rather large pickup with a chimney for an exhaust sticking out behind the bed and cab. must have been 8 inches or more in diameter and spewed black exhaust when owner floored it.

 

Spotted wrb 06-07 wrx wagon on cty 11 S. yesterday around 5:00 ish.

 

Spotted J.Rex in the SDC parking lot at MTU. The MN plates, bike rack, and light on your roof gave you away.

exchanged waves with a psm bugeye wagon on 494 around 2ish...car looked really clean!

 

got a wave back from a silver bugeye right outside the fair grounds today, a little after 3. nice looking car

 

just spotted a wrb wrx lowered, exhaust, gunmetal wheels, rally armor flaps, light tint turning from stinson onto 35w N. you were stuck behind an oh so slow semi, bummerr i hate that. on the good side your car was looking pretty fly!

Spotted a WRB STI leaving pillager on sunday sometime in the mid-afternoon.

 

saw a blue blobeye sti today around 5 by the qwik trip off buck hill road in burnsville, you reved it at me after i pointed at your car and crossed the street... i have rumbles too

 

Spotted the black forester with HID's and MNSubaru stickers on 35w heading into downtown MPLS. I know it is someone's wife on here. She is pretty cool, she saw my car and picked up the pace to catch up and wave to me. I figured it was her because you don't see too many foresters with DDM kits. Nice looking Forester + Cool wife showing the subaru love = WIN!


Spotted a 02-03 WRX blue wagon @ Washington Ave exit / 94 exit on 35W right around 8am. I tired to stop and wave but you were looking the other way.... so I honked as i rolled by. You were at a dead stop.

 

I'll claim the cool wife. She did say she saw her "friend" again this morning. It's dgm too

 

NOOB QUESTION!!!!!!! What are DDM kits? Never heard of that before. Is it some kind of light?

 

DDM is a company. They sell a lot of things, but are famous for cheap HIDs.

Saw a WRB WRX / hid last night around the split of 35E and Hwy 55.

Give wave....

 

I didn't quite feel like i was living up the the "friend" code because I had to take my DDM's out for warranty issues. It would be a much cooler club if I had my HIDs in and we were both rolling in tinted out DMG's. I really hope to have them back next week, this is week #2 on stock headlights. When you are used to good lights, stock lights are lame.

 

I believe that was me, sorry I missed the wave. I was about to get onto 35W north and you were headed west on 42.

 

I saw a red forester with a canoe on top doing 10 under the speed limit in the left lane of 35W/36.

 

Spotted yesterday on 162nd around 5pm. You looked over as I was paparazzi'ing Nice car!

 

spotted '05-07 wrb sti on 10 just before 169/47 ~5:45 last night, I flashed a quick wave, sti looked nice.

 

Who has the black 08 - 09 WRX and lives near the Cub Foods on Maryland + Clarence? I see you all the time.

 

black 04-5 wrx wagon plates say subyluv. atleast thats what i think it was, 35w a couple days ago.

We exchanged waves(09 forester) with a sweet cgm/psm(?) 04-05 wrx on 94 coming outta st paul maybe 5:30ish this evening. Looked and sounded great.:biggthumpup:

 

spotted, parked next to, and spoke to the owner of a blue 08-10 STi at cub foods in Stillwater yesterday, real cool guy!

 

spotted a CGM STi w/blk rims on cty 10 and 65 today, waved and I nodded (I was in the '04 blk wrx)

 

yesterday morning on 35w by the Hinkley exits i spotted a blacked out 2.5RS with black wheels with what i thought i saw a red pinstripe/lip. you had your arm out of the window waving so i waved back. VERY nice car btw, soo clean

 

That was me! Saw a few subarus on 35s you were the only one wave back .
