Around 8 this morning, saw a black blob sti with a front mount heading 100 north from Normandale BLVD. And just now in Normandale Community College lot; saw a black wingless/debadged blob sti and a very clean ebony SVX.

 

white 06/07 sti slammed, headed south on 35w at about 2:30 passed you in my srt4 very clean ride!!

 

Blue bugeye WRX @ Best Buy in Eden Prairie. Thanks for the wave bro, I've had my 04 Rex for 2 weeks now and it feels nice to be apart of a brotherhood here. Nice exhaust too, makes mine sound like a Prius LOL.

 

Saw a red gc8 with roof rack on 81 he made a left to 36 and then saw a silver 04-05 sti on 42 and 81 I think he took 100 south and then in 5 second a baby blue gc8 with gold rims n loud nice exhaust came the opposite from where the silver sti was going came by.......what a day....

 

Saw Stuck8686 (or whatever his username is) parked in a driveway on an undisclosed road (don't want to give away where he parks his car, just in case) in Golden Valley around 5:15 this afternoon. They Hyper-Chrome rims don't look as bad as I thought they would.

 

On 42 and Douglas saw a 04-05 silver wagon with red rim very nice look

 

Spotted my legacy's twin in Eden Prarie on Technology Dr at about 2pm.
Garnet Red Pearl Legacy Wagon, tinedted windows.. I was driving the same thing, only sans bug deflector.

 

Gray '10-'12 WRX, pretty much stock but w/o the rear spoiler at 84th and Normandale about 5 pm. No, you didn't wave back.

I've seen 5-6 various WRXs in the last couple days and none wave back. Most pretend they don't see me.

saw a silver bugeye with a Perrin stick on the side heading W bound 94 around 345pm

saw a blue blobeye wagon heading E bound 694 around 615pm

saw a WRB hawkeye get on 694 from 5 and then exiting onto Hwy 36 around 620pm

saw a Black leggy with black rims on S bound 35E by dt St. Paul

also saw a dark blue STi turning from southview blvd onto N bound Robert St.

....I saw a lot of subies today!!!

Black wingless wrx parked by the Toyota dealership in Minnetonka today. Saw it on my way to lifetime

Saw a really nice RS driving into Mpls this morning on 394. It was pewter/gold in color with Nevada plates, lowered, with some good looking rims. It was a sharp looking car!

You gotta remember.. this is Minnesota. The WRX is actually a fairly common car around here.
AWD makes Subarus very popular up here in the snow states not just to the performance minded, but also anyone seeking a decent car to get around in.

 

There isn't sh!t here compared to the west coast. Just sayin

 

To his point, in Phoenix, nearly all the WRX/STI owners were car people. If you just want a nice AWD car, you get the Legacy or Forrester. Here it seems people buy the WRX without any appreciation of what it can be.

But the good news is that it gives us a fairly good supply of used parts nearby

 

I'm from central Oregon (Bend) plenty of people with Wrx/sti's that didn't know what they had besides an AWD Subaru. Made me sick, as I rolled around in my 98 Impreza "L" wishing I had their car.

 

Also, this is parked in the parking lot of the motel I'm staying at...

Bad pic, thru a snowy window. But its a silver Hawkeye WRX with a black hood and some Rotas (I think) and possibly lowered a bit. Didn't look to close. Only seen from my room.

 

White 08+ sti hatch with gold wheels heading east on 55 today and then another white wrx/sti 04/05 at the stoplight on 55 and northwest blvd I think. I honked but a plow passed in between us right when I did it.

Saw a greyish sti on kenrick ave in lakeville i was in the black 08 wrx sedan tried to wave but you looked buisy also shortly after that you pulled out of fleet farm behind me.

 

I wonder if ctracey's old car is still in Duluth?



I met one just like that with tinted taillights on Rice Lake Rd today, looked super clean!
Driver was on the phone so he couldn't wave back, if he saw me that is.

 

Dark grey legacy spec b and red 11+ wrx with wheels and big black tipped exhaust at lifetime in slp this evening. Both looked good

 

I spotted a white hawkeye going into the parking ramp by the science museum for the wild game around 430pm. It had bbs Goldie's and appeared to be lowered.

 

I saw a white RS with a front STI bumper cover and an STI spoiler saturday parked in front of SA in lakeville. Awesome looking ride.

 

Passed a silver bugeye on 46th st yesterday at 515 ish

 

Black 04-05 STI in Stillwater, once at Auto Zone, and drive by the holiday station this morning.

 

Silver bug eye wagon in the Fleet Farm parking lot in Winona yesterday. Car had two tone paint (black and silver), huge hood scoop (05 STI shovel?), and a front mount. Also a black wingless hawkeye WRX going down 61 past fleet farm (can you tell I work there?). Both sounded awesome!

 

Tuesday, black Rex (hell, they all look alike to a Legacy owner), tint, debadged and white swooshes headed south on 169 at about 2:35 and took the 101/13 exit.

 

Spotted a stock looking WRB WRX on 694 to 35E. IIRC it was an 04-05. Was too cool to wave.

 

Spotted this DGM 08-10 WRX with mudflaps on 169N by 394 today. Gave a wave.

 

saw a WRB bugeye @ Oakdale stadium movie theater tonight around 10pm

 

blue 04/05 sti heading south on 494 in plymouth.. couldnt tell if it had carbon fiber hood and fenders or they were painted black.. seen it a couple times now.

 

He lives near me I think and works at the gas station at Cub. He's parked there all the time.

 

04/05 sti with a full cage on 77 around 5 today

 

Seen a silver 04-05 wrx going south on 52. Had some mud flaps, white swoosh stickers, and exhaust. Tried to snap a pic but stupid truck came over to my lane.
