spotted new black legacy on bunker yesterday...you thought you had me but you had nothing!

my 06 in the ditch fri morning about 3:30am ....
about 2 inches from the lake....
resting on some branches.

Fukkin black ice.

Driving the girl home by the charthouse, 3 solid patches of black ice... 10 mph slide about 30 feet. missed a no passing sign by a few mm... and slowly floated a 180 in the mud... backing into the bushes inches from the lake.

tow truck pulled it out, absolutly NO damage to the paint. slight slight scratch on the lip of the rim by the tire.... un-noticable unless looking hard for it. Someone had my back that night! i'm gonna take a picture before it gets too late in the day of the area.

Please don't tell me you are still rolling on the stock re070s or I'll laugh at you.

Perhaps the man upstairs is hinting at something if that's the case.

 

no, I have crappy winters on... but i'm more or less chalking it up to the undriven road.

 

Yeah, I suppose after that nice little snowstorm there were some hairy spots here and there. Glad you and the car are both ok!

 

Saw more Subies today then I usually do in a week or two...

WRB WRX westbound on I-94 near Rogers about 10am (dark tint)
WRB STi near the Maple Grove Sam's Club between 12-1pm
Silver or Crystal Grey WRX in the Sam's Club parking lot (workers parking I think) w/ aftermarket rims and exhaust about 1pm

 

spotted grey rex in burnsville... 9ish I think... you were getting off on 42, I tried to get next to you to wave, but you left to quick.. so I gave a friendly honk... merry christmas you random mnsubaru guy you.

 

WRB 06-07 STi in the Best Buy Maple Grove parking lot on saturday around 2-ish.

'06+ Black STI with tint and lacking STI badge (also mega-dirty back end) in Red Wing on Hwy 61 yesterday mid-day. We tailed each other for a couple miles until you pulled off for gas at Marathon. Couple younger guys in the car.

silver sti with an apple sticker on the back center glass... highway 5 at about 3:15 yestarday. i was in the white outback sport, waved at you and you blew me off.

Saw erik's little bro out driving today. He waved to me, I waved back but was in the midst of downshifting so it was sort of half assed attempt.

Had to run up and get that exhaust ticket checked off.

 

I saw Zack in his red WRX at 649 eastbound past 35E. I was in my outback following a white S2000.

Spotted at 1:40 a black STI just west of Plymouth on 55 eastbound before it goes to two lanes both ways. I waved but you did not notice me in the westbound lane.

Spotted another East bound on Co rd 42 about 9:00.
