Spotted two in a row last night. Pulling out of dunbrothers off 4 in EP a red 25rs w/ k&n sticker. Then 50ft down the road a cop had a silver one pulled over to the left. Hope he was nice to you guys =)
Gave a wave and nod as i slid around the turn much to the cops displeasure. I swear the snow is a calling card for all subaru drivers.

 

thanks dood. haha it was probobly lookin so sharp cuz i just took it to the carwash but that only lasted about a day:laugh:

 

WRB STI in Eagan at the Spectrum office complex in front of either Enterprise or Pan Am Flight School. 1/15 at noon.

 

there are 4 STis in this one little area there. I used to have another old WRX/STi and a WRX there, but alas, I quit that crappy, crappy job.

 

Black WRX, Gold wheels, smaller Exhaust, light tint, debadged S U B A R U on trunk. Asian guy on 61 and 694. I think he turned into white bear dodge.

Spotted a white 04/05 WRX/STI with a hello kitty STI badge, mud flaps, and a Tial sticker on the front bumper. Spotted him on 12/394 crossing under the 494 over pass at around 3:30 this afternoon..

We spied eachother, flashed some peace signs and rock ons and it was over... i had to turn off on to 101 south.

i was being followed by a red 06/07 WRX on 35N about 15 minutes ago...

 

Damn me and working at weird times. I never see anyone besides stupid old ladies that drive 10 under the limit!

 

I will go to court that was the most BULLSH** ever!!!!! I didn't even do anything wrong to get pulled over!! I was just to get food and the cop flew up behind me and in 1 second fliped his lights on. Upon getting pulled over i roll down my window and he asks for my licence and registration. Gave it to him and he says "next time you make a turn you need to turn into the closeset lane then switch lanes!! but the turn into the food was is about 50 from the turn at the lights. Long story short the cop was a fu**** choad and gave me a ticket for no front plate, suspended object for rear view mirror and no seatbelt! (i put it on as he was pullingme over)!!:roll: then he came back with the ticket and proceded to measure my window tint but "was gonna be a nice guy and not give me a ticket for it"" YEAH RIGHT! FU** the police (most of them!! not brian)

 

That sounds like a Coon Rapids cop for ya...

 

Yup!! Exactly!!! OHH YEAH and to top it all off when i left the parking lot of panera that same cop had a chick already pulled over on the other side of the median!! it pissed me off so bad! i think that him and his boyfriend got into a fight the night before!

 

heaven forbid he gives you a ticket for things that are illegal, front plate, steatbelt.

 

I'm going to go ahead and agree with AWDimprezaL here. No seatbelt = illegal. Hanging anything from your mirror = illegal. No front plate = illegal. If your tint is over 50% on any window = illegal. The lane change, that's a bit of a stretch, but he could've pulled you over for those first three..

 

probably trying to hit his quota...Coon Rapid 50 sucks...Everytime on HWY 10when they see me, I get tailed. As often as I drive my WRX. My radar gets them about .5 miles away so I just end up slow'in down for the next mile or 2. Got pulled once by them and had everything legal, had my seatbelts on, below speed limit, 50% tint in front, etc...He tried to get me on my lowered springs he had a stick to measure it...Can't tell if it is a ruler or a pole...Azz

 

Its not the actual getting pulled over that is thr problem with CR 5-0. Its the attitude you get once stopped. If you've been pulled out here you probably know what i mean. It's like getting stopped cause your tabs are "dirty" and could be barely read. Fine, but that was followed by questions like "do you have reciepts for that stereo equipment?", or "Can I Have a look around in your car?", They just like to bother people with cooler stuff than they have...

There, now THAT is something I would have a problem with, and a legitimate complaint.

 

Cops dont have quota's anymore, havent since the 80's. Hwy patrol did up until early 90's I believe, but that was suspended now too.

You're looking at more of a powertrip sort of thing with this guy...granted there were illegal things on your vehicle.

I am so sick of people pissing and moaning about stuff.. you know its illegal or wrong, you get caught then act like its the cops fault... maybe he is doing HIS JOB... yeah it may have been a little anal for small stuff, but hey, the law is the law... wanna break rules dont cry momma when you get caught...

oh and I am sure your attitude towards cops didnt come out at all when you were ever so polite to the officer... yep somehow I am not too sure you were...

saw a blue WRX this morning on cleveland going north just past larpenteer. lowerd, exhuast looked like rims. IDK i caught it out of the corner of my eye.

 

silver WRX wagon pulling onto pioneer around 4:15 and a blue GC with sizable dents in the side turning onto valley view from 4.

 

I saw curly2k3 and shane86 tonight at Davanni's. haha

I passed a 04ish silver wrx on 494 coming back from dropping someone off at airport. had wisconsin plates and 17" wheels. eep for the commute im guessing he is doing!

btw, why the hell is the left lane ALWAYS the slow lane! seems i do so much better doing the morning slolem on the right.

 

Silver STi on Foley BLVD about 1:30 looked like maybe Invidia Exhaust. Had MNSubaru stickers. Nice Car!
