Its just an opinion thing it just proves so far I have found no cop that actually knows why the tint laws are the way they are
They "claim" that it's for their safety.ROFLMAO, that's a farce. The last time i got pulled over for tint on 94 heading home from the Cloud, i rolled down both of the front windows not knowing whether he was coming to the passenger or driverside(some of them don't like having their ass out in 70mph traffic). He yelled at me and asked "why are you trying to hide your tinted windows from me!!?" dumbass.
I have not been pulled over once for tint in the last 2 years, but I also do not have my rear hatch and front windows tinted.... But plan too.
http://www.iwfa.com/Portals/0/PDFDocs/Law_Charts/US State Window Tinting Law Chart.pdf I guess the other states that allow dark tint behind the driver never considered officer safety. Hot states argument doesn't apply..unless Canada is planning on getting hot. http://www.iwfa.com/Portals/0/PDFDocs/Law_Charts/Canada Window tinting Law Chart.pdf
