Tuesday Meet - Quest to find a new Calhoun

it was nice meeting everyone that came out, thanks for the invite, will try making it a weekly thing

 

Thanks to everyone who came out last night, great turnout and nice to see some new faces!

 

Not going to lie but I really like boom island and from the vibe I got was that everyone seems to really like it. Centrally located and not difficult to get to. Consider my hand raised for calling boom island the new Calhoun. doesn't mean we can't try the other locations but I don't know what we could really improve. well maybe the eye candy but that's going to be tough to find. One way to fix that is to go to Calhoun every once in a while. Recent reconnaissance reports that the lot at Calhoun has calmed down. maybe a meet there for old times sake?

I dig the Boom Island location. Also easy access to NE and Uptown bars for the after meet.

 

+1 from me too and yes the bars can help with the eye candy aspect...

on another note, I was in urgent care all afternoon. I had a spider bite me last night, the for what ever reason BOOM, staph infection. (diabetes accelerated this)

For now, yes, that is the new place that we have been targeting. I would still check back every week to confirm, but Boom Island has been working out quite well.
