sorry for some dumb question but I'm comfused. I've seen "regular" lock nut kits and there's Tuner Lugs kit. Are they the same thing? I know they both have keys. I know Tuner lugs are mostly lighter but do they both still consider LOCK NUTS?

I have "Tuner Lugs" but dont really feel safe due to the pattern of the nut and thinking of getting another one like this one. Is it necessary?

These are completely worthless. I used to have a set on my car until I lost the key at an autox event. Sears has a handy removal tool for them, which cost about the same as the lug nuts. If I hadn't bothered buying them in the first place, I'd be $50 better off. And you can bet the wheel thieves have the same tool in their pockets when they go off on the prowl.

On, the plus side, I now have an interesting socket set for removing locking lug nuts. Tools are cool.
